  • Off state
    In the unenergized state, suspended particles in polymer matrix droplets exist randomly,
    reflecting most wavelengths and transmitting only some wavelengths.

  • On state
    When electricity is applied, the suspended particles in the droplet are aligned in a line,
    and light is transmitted to become a transparent state.
